Ottawa Valley Metal Inc is looking for Inside Sales/Customer Service representatives to help us deliver top quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email and in person
- Assist customers with quotes, orders, and product information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency
